Spam attack
Ohmpage has not been updated for a while now because we are having issues with persistent spam attacks. We’re looking at options to curb this rather than just sweeping the spam into the bin every day or disabling interactivity all together. Not sure what the solution is but theres definately going to be some changes happening. In the mean time, the message board is still uneffected by this issue.

I feel our pain.. Serial Consign gets upwards of 150 Spam trackbacks a day, and that is the ones that I haven’t made filters to catch with. It seems to be a neverending battle. Is there a (choice) wordpress anti-SPAM module for what ails you?
errr.. our pain = your pain (not to say that I’m not empathetic).
there may be a plugin to help curb this but I dont know if i’m fully satisfied with that solution. It seems like putting a thumb in the dyke – a solution which can’t seal all leaks. Most visitors seem to enjoy the site via RSS though, so maybe I’m considering relegating comments to the message board, which needs more activity anyhow.
